2018 Airports

Richmond International Airport (RIC)

Richmond Airport is centrally located between all three host parks. This airport is serviced by American, Allegiant, Delta, JetBlue, Southwest and United. Spirit Airlines is adding service beginning March 2018.

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA)

DCA has the advantage of being the closest airport to Six Flags America. The airport serves as a hub for American Airlines and is serviced by most major airlines.

Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI)

Located nine miles south of Baltimore, BWI is just 28 miles from Six Flags America. BWI serves as a focus city for Southwest Airlines and has the second largest number of departures for Southwest. It is also serviced by most of the major domestic carriers as well as a few international airlines.

Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD)

Located on the opposite side of D.C. from the park, it could be a long, traffic-heavy drive from the airport to Six Flags. Dulles is a hub for United Airlines, and is serviced by most major airlines. The airport handles all the international flight traffic that is not allowed to fly in to Reagan.

Norfolk International Airport (ORF)

Norfolk International is 40 miles from Busch Gardens. This small airport is serviced by American, Allegiant, Delta, Southwest and United.

Newport News/Williamsburg International Airport (PHF)

Williamsburg International is located 15 miles from Busch Gardens. This is another small airport with limited service from American and Delta. It could serve as an alternative to those flying those two carriers.
